"This was an amazing course, the teachers so supportive, enthusiastic and approachable! It was fun packed with yoga gems, thank you for your inspiration in creating this course!"

Ground Rules

This is hands-on training, not a retreat.

You’ll practice, teach, receive feedback, and grow each day.

It’s warm, supportive, and energising.  But it’s also real training, to make an impact on children's wellbeing.
