Founded by Tash in 2022 after a career as a school teacher, The Calm Club is a pioneering organisation offering award-winning yoga camps and training across the South West. The Calm Club was born out of Tash's enthusiasm for yoga's power as a toolbox for ANY age, to empower, create understanding and ultimately calm.

Together with Robin, founder of Shift Movement, we are making a shift towards better mental health for young people and educators. For a more present, resilient and connected future.
