The Calm Club is quiet, nurturing, and creative. Made for kids who get overwhelmed, who feel deeply, and who just need a reset.

This camp is for 4 - 11 year olds.

🌲 Time Outside & Practical Details

Time Outside:

• Plenty of outdoor play and fresh air in safe, peaceful spaces

• Mindful walks, nature exploration, and space to move freely and connect with nature

Practical Details:

• Safe, nurturing drop-off environment

• 9am - 2pm schedule

• Encourages independence, friendship, and confidence

Each day brings a unique, mindful theme - blending yoga, creativity, and connection. 

🧘 Yoga Adventures

• Fun, story-based yoga sessions led by experienced instructors

• Yoga games and breathing exercises

🕯 Relaxation & Mindfulness

• Guided visualisations, space to just be 

🥗 Healthy Lunch

• Nourishing, homemade meals made with care

• Help make our lunch activity! 

🎨 Creative Crafts

• Eco-friendly winter crafts to take home (eg gratitude stars, or New Year intention cards) 

🌬 Outdoor Play & Exploration

• Nature scavenger hunts and mindful movement

• Outdoor games and creative play
