The Calm Club is nurturing, and creative. Made for kids who get overwhelmed, who feel deeply, and those who just need a reset.

This camp is for 4 - 11 year olds.

Practical Details:

• Safe, nurturing drop-off environment

• 9am - 3pm schedule

• Encourages independence, friendship, and confidence

What will we get up to?

🌟 The Calm Club Day: For our October Camps, we will focus on letting go of worries and stress. Each day brings a unique, mindful theme - blending yoga, creativity, and connection. 

🧘 Yoga Adventures

• A fun, story-based yoga session in Autumn led by experienced teachers

• Yoga games and breathing exercises you can do at home

🕯 Relaxation & Mindfulness

• Guided visualisations, space to just be 

🥗 Healthy Lunch

• Nourishing, homemade meals made with care

• Help make our lunch activity ...

• And for October, decorate your own Halloween biscuit!

🎨 Creative Crafts

• Eco-friendly Autumn crafts to take home (eg leaf collages or affirmation stones) 

🌬 Outdoor Play & Exploration

• Nature scavenger hunts and mindful movement

• Outdoor games and creative play

🌲 Time Outside:

• Plenty of outdoor play and fresh air in safe, peaceful spaces

• Mindful walks, nature exploration, and space to move freely and connect with nature

🌈 Building Skills for Life

Children develop:

• Mindfulness & focus
