What will we do?

Join The Calm Club for our Teen Yoga and (Painting/ Pottery / Printing / Collaging) Workshop. Enjoy a mix of yoga, creative activities, and simple mindfulness practices in a relaxed, supportive space.

The day includes time outside, easy-going yoga sessions (no experience needed), breathing and relaxation techniques, and creative eco crafts. There’s also a healthy homemade snack.

Led by experienced facilitators, everything is designed to help you release stress, feel more focused, and connect with others - while still having time to just be yourself and enjoy the day.

Will there be food?

All food provided will meet School Food Standards.

• Meal provided: Snacks. All Vegetarian.

• Dietary options available: Vegan and all dietary requirements due to allergies - please ensure this is complete on the form.

SEND Support

We make reasonable adjustments to support children and young people with SEND. Please note music is played during the sessions and children with high sensory needs may find the setting challenging at times. Please let us know how we can best support your young person.
