Family yoga offers a space for you to spend quality time with your family, free from distractions like phones, tvs and screens. It's an opportunity to simply be present with each other, away from the rush of modern life!
Join us for a Family Yoga popup the last Sunday of each month!
We'll breathe, move, play and rest together with lots of partner poses and interaction.
