About the event
Join our NEW yoga classes starting on Wednesdays after school in Stroud in collaboration with Shift Movement.
Dates: Wednesdays: November 5th - December 10th
A fun, inclusive class for 4-11 year olds to explore the practice of yoga, led by a certified children’s yoga instructor with specialist training in ADHD, Autism, and trauma-informed yoga. Enhanced DBS certified.
